Q: How much is shipping? 

AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping Australia area : From $10 to $15

Free shipping for orders above $150 (Australia Only)

Free Local Pick-up (Sunnybank Plaza, Brisbane)

• Estimated delivery time within major Metro areas. For regional areas please allow more time for delivery based on your location.

NEW ZEALAND

All orders are sent to New Zealand via DHL Express. Shipping to New Zealand is $30AUD, or free on orders over $299 AUD. Tracking is provided for every order. Orders to New Zealand take an average 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery during COVID-19.

*AUPS or DHL is insured up to AU$350 in case of loss or damage. 

 Q: Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally via FedEx /UPS /DHL/EMS and the A.U. Postal Service. Just enter in your shipping address in the shipping information section of the order process,   and use the Country dropdown to select your country from the list that appears: AUPS Express /DHL International Mail lists 5-7 days for delivery.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

It takes around 2-3 working days to process standard orders. For limited edition, exclusive items, it may take 3-5 working days to process. 

Express Shipping Australia wide is available for an additional $15AUD. Express Shipping is sent via Australia Post and TNT ,FASTWAY, and takes 2  business days for delivery depending on your location. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery during COVID-19.

Q: How long does shipping normally take?

 Shipping time may vary depending on which area you're in. Generally speaking, around 3-5 days for major cities once order has been confirmed for standard products. For exclusive and limited edition products, it may take up to a month or more as you will be put on the waiting list for as soon as the product arrives in Australia. We will notify you as soon as the product arrives and keep you updated on shipping statuses.
